FIX & FLIP

AmeriStar Financing’s Fix-and-Flip Loan Program provides funding up to 95% of the property purchase price plus 100% coverage of renovation expenses, capped at 75% of the projected after-repair value for rehab projects.

Additionally, AmeriStar Financing charges interest solely on the amount you’ve drawn, excluding the renovation holdback, ensuring you only pay for the funds you actively use.
